Associate Stylists
Our full-time paid associate program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology and esthetics. During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a luxury client experience by working HANDS-ON with one of our incredible educators. This one-to-one coaching and mentoring program will provide you with an incredible advantage when starting your career. Full time associates also have access to world-class technical classes and nationally renowned educators. In addition to the one-to-one coaching, associates have weekly opportunity shifts to work on their own guests, build their clientele and practice their skills.

Our spa training program offers recent graduates in esthetics and nail professionals the opportunity to learn and practice in our beautiful spa, while learning one on one with a spa educator. Learn guests handling skills, new modalities and how to deliver a signature spa experience. PDM - Personal development meetings are one of our biggest assets. Each employee will have a PDM each month. During this time is where you can work on your personal and/or professional goals. These individualized meetings are for you and you only! Our highly trained coaches are here to cater to helping you grow in all areas of your life.
Social Media PDM- Our personalized meetings we offer to help you with your Individual social media needs and goals. These meetings are voluntary and can be utilized by all staff members regardless of their social media experience.
Q&A On the Associate Program:
How long is the program?
The program is customized to fit each individual, so the length varies based on their needs. Typically the program is 6-9 months long.
What is the earning potential?
The compensation during the associate program is hourly with the opportunity for tips.
What is learned throughout the program?
The program polishes all the necessary technical skills, as well as personal skills and customer service standards.
What would my schedule look like?
During the start of your program your schedule will mimic your educators. Throughout the program your schedule will change to accommodate your opportunity days to see your own guests.
Guest Service Experts
Guest Service Experts are responsible for maintaining the salon and spa front of house. This includes first and foremost, giving our guests a seamless, friendly experience both in person and on the phone. You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and at-home care. With competitive wages and bonus opportunities (and a beauty budget!), Hair Solutions is the perfect place to start a career in the beauty industry.
